The support used for the original pastel painting is the:

100% paper 350 g · natural white.

Two Certificates of Authenticity are designed to protect the security and genuineness of your art works with the name of the painting, year of execution, medium used, support used, signed by the artist

with date of purchase and name of the buyer.

One is pasted on the back side of the original painting.

One inside an envelope that accompanies the art work inside the packaging.

If you are not entirely happy with your purchase please let me know. I will accept returns of the original painting within 7 days of receipt and offer a full refund less the original shipping costs which is included in the sale price.

I do not pay return shipping fees and the art work must be returned in the original packaging and sent on a fully insured service equal to that provided in the first instance with the Certification of Authenticity.

Regarding the delivery time of an original painting count about 2 weeks after your payment has been cleared and received.

I need this time to prepare a special packing and a special documentation to send the original art work.

If the original painting has a frame count 2-3 weeks. 

Shipping time is about one week in the european countries.

For the rest of the world 2 weeks, sometimes a little longer due to custom checks.

Original Painting  prices include insurance, packaging, shipping and handling. Does not include import duty § tax of your country if there are.

Original painting will be wrapped in bubbles and put in a special hand-made strong cartoon. If the original painting is very big, it will be packed with a wooden case.

The delivery will be done with Fedex Express with a track number.

The track number will be given to you as soon as delivery has been done. With this number you can go in the web site of Fedex, www.fedex.com, and you can follow your order.

All orders are processed once the Contract of Sale and Payment are finalized. Payments can be done by Money Order or Bank Transfer or by Credit Card via Paypal. Should you choose to pay by Pay Pal, please make payment to: annanapoli9@gmail.com and inform me immediately so I can check on the account.
